All events are managed by the Global Events Team to ensure their success. The links below help to automate and simplify the event planning process, enabling the Global Events Team to deliver robust reporting capabilities and success metrics following each event.
Please coordinate CME Group participation in third party events through the Global Events Team and keep in mind that the Global Brand Marketing and Events team should be the only group to distribute CME Group’s logo, company description or other proprietary materials. When planning an event, please also ensure you are familiar with the Gifts and Entertainment Policy, including the mandatory principles and applicable monetary thresholds that require documents pre-approval.
