Promotional products are a powerful way to make our brand visible, and distributing these items creates loyalty with current customers and employees. Pre-approved CME Group-branded items for customers, events and personal use are required to be sourced through Gifts@cmegroup.com. Large quantity orders and requests for customized items must also be placed through Gifts@cmegroup.com to ensure correct use and representation of the CME Group logo.

As a reminder, under CME Group’s Gift and Entertainment Policy, any gift provided to a third party with a value over USD$100 per person requires documented pre-approval from your line Manager. In addition, only pre-approved CME Group-branded items and/or custom requests sourced through Gifts@cmegroup.com with a nominal value equal to or less than USD$40 may be provided to a representative of an entity that is considered a Government Official.
