Internal Speakers Bureau
CME Group employees are regularly asked to speak at a variety of events around the world. Delivering the right messages to the right audiences is critical in advancing our business objectives and thought leadership initiatives.

The Internal Speakers Bureau evaluates every invitation for a CME Group speaker’s appearance. To help determine where and when we speak publicly, the Internal Speakers Bureau reviews every topic, as well as any potential media involvement and customer engagement.  Please note, all speakers must be approved by the Internal Speakers Bureau before committing to an engagement. As part of the evaluation process, a member of the Global Brand Marketing and Communications team may be assigned to help prepare the speaker or follow up on the success of the event afterwards.   If you receive an invitation to speak at an external event, please have your manager’s approval to participate in the event prior to filling out the Global Event and Speakers Bureau Request Form.  Once you submit the form, expect a response on your speaking request within 72 hours.
