Email Signature
We use email every day to connect with customers, colleagues and vendors. While email doesn't offer much opportunity by way of branding, using an approved email signature will build consistency and clarity in our correspondence.
Imagery promoting recent content or announcements is allowed to go in the footer area underneath the full email signature. Ensure you are using a brand-approved image and that the content of the image is both current and relevant to those you're communicating with. There is also an option available with personal pronouns.
