Brand Governance
As the CME Group brand can be expressed through a number of different communication channels, a governance policy has been established to ensure every touchpoint is a correct representation of our brand and that the proper communication channel is being used based on the message and intended target.
Brand Management Review

All branded and creative assets, including event materials, print collateral, social media graphics, etc., must be submitted to and approved by Brand prior to use. Please send all branded and creative assets to brand@cmegroup.com for approval and include the following information:

  • Confirmation all required legal approvals have been received, including the appropriate disclaimer and/or regulatory information.

  • Description of the creative asset(s).

  • Intended audience you are trying to reach.

  • Details on how and where the asset(s) will be utilized and distributed.

  • Date(s) the asset(s) will be in use.

Please allow for a minimum of eight (8) business days for final approval, inclusive of any revisions needed.
